Some will be individual challenges, some will be part of a team. They’re all designed to improve your health and wellbeing, and sometimes, to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. All challenges are completely optional and you can let us know any of your own future suggestions too!

Challenge: Improved Sleep
Type: Individual

Sleep is essential for your health. It refreshes the mind and repairs the body. Lack of sleep can cause fatigue, poor concentration and memory and mood disturbances. This is an individual challenge, designed to encourage you to consider your current sleep patterns and explore ways of improving your own personal sleep cycle. Challenge yourself to get better night’s rest.
Tips include setting yourself a bedtime, getting up earlier, or reduce your screen time an hour before sleep.

All you need to do is download the free ‘Sleep Cycle’ app and remember to switch on as part of your bedtime routine. When you wake up on a morning, be sure to check your results and share them with your colleagues and friends for a well-deserved pat on the back.
