Some will be individual challenges, some will be part of a team. They’re all designed to improve your health and wellbeing, and sometimes, to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. All challenges are completely optional and you can let us know any of your own future suggestions too!

Can you believe it’s October already?! The challenge this month is a simple one – just choose one thing to give up all through October. It can be anything (apart from work, obvs).
