TALK: Effective People Management
We’ve hosted our TALK events consecutively for over a year and they have now become a regular feature in many people’s diaries.
Each one is an hour long and will feature industry-leading speakers sharing expert content on a specific theme within their field. During the session, delegates are split off into working groups to discuss and share best practice – bringing back that much-desired networking.

What are we talking about?
Recent feedback has shown us that a topic people really want to TALK about is people management.
How do you effectively manage a team and their goals? What tactics can you use for progression meetings? How do you keep your team happy and thriving? What tools can you use to measure KPIs? These are just a few areas that we will be covering in July’s TALK session, as we’ll be joined by Apricity’s Paul Sylvester-Evans and The Verve Group‘s People Manager, Alison Hewitt.
This event will be done in our usual format, giving delegates the opportunity to share thoughts and opinions. You’ll have the chance to discuss how you’ve managed your own recruitment, any challenges you have faced and plans for the future in growing your team. There will be a Q&A session conducted, allowing for any burning questions to be put to Paul and Alison.
