We’ve hosted our TALK events consecutively for over a year and they have now become a regular feature in many people’s diaries.

Each one is an hour long and will feature industry-leading speakers sharing expert content on a specific theme within their field. During the session, delegates are split off into working groups to discuss and share best practice – bringing back that much-desired networking.

What are we talking about?

A new year can inspire changes within a business and this can include growth. But how do you grow a team, and how do you ensure that the team you grow will want to stay working for you?

In this webinar, we’ll be joined by The Verve Group‘s CEO, Cathi Harrison – who has doubled the size of her team in under a year. Cathi will talk us through the recruitment process at The Verve Group and share top tips on how you can implement a strong framework in your own business.

We’ll also be joined by The Verve Group’s Director of Culture and Engagement, Natalie Bell who will offer her expert advice on how to retain your staff once they come on board.

This event will be done in our usual format, including breakout rooms, giving delegates the opportunity to share their own thoughts and opinions. Delegates can discuss how they have managed their own recruitment, any challenges they have faced and plans for the future in growing their team. There will be a Q&A session conducted, allowing for any burning questions to be put to Cathi and Natalie.
