Schroders Personal Wealth has partnered with a not-for-profit organisation to help attract new talent to the financial planning industry.
SPW has become a strategic partner of The Verve Foundation, part of Cathi Harrison’s The Verve Group, on its ‘We Are Change’ training initiative and help draw people into the industry.
We are Change is a not-for-profit initiative helping individuals achieve their Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and equip them with the practical skills needed to work in the industry.
As a strategic partner SPW will sponsor places on the scheme, helping to pay for the training, exams and upskilling of those looking to become financial advisers.
