We have a timetable of activities which are suitable for both mind and body. It will be regularly updated to accommodate demand and new suggestions, so make sure you’re checking back regularly (and be sure to share your ideas with us!).
You’ll see physical activities labelled green and mindful activities labelled yellow, making it super easy to see which activities are most suited to you. There’s no need to book on, just make sure you speak to a member of the Vitality planning team who should be able to give you information on where activities are taking place.
