We are looking for an experienced Financial Administration Manager to join us and help enhance our amazing administration team in their own right, and support our large paraplanning team. This role is for someone who has experience in financial services, with knowledge of financial administration and is looking to progress in their career and for an opportunity to apply their current skills, while further developing their knowledge and experience.
We are currently in a large growth phase within Para-Sols and are looking to create an additional role of an Administration Manager to assist the current administrators in their support of the large paraplanning team and to help them move forward with their own service offerings.
We are looking for an individual who has finance experience, but is also a dedicated people-person to help develop our administrators. These are not your standard administrators – they conduct research, have defined benefit specialisms and are very experienced and driven in their respective fields. This is a very busy department, that we are looking to expand and progress. We are recruiting for more administrators as well as the management role.
The administration team is being developed to create their own standalone services and therefore the management of this team and these services, are a new, crucial role in The Verve Group.
