This is a new role, that requires a number of stages of growth, to build up the Learning & Development framework within The Verve Group. As a brand-new role, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to take ownership of it, and help us shape it both now, and in the future, to support both internal employees, and external course delegates. The role has a number of short, medium and term objectives, looking to build up our exam training functionality initially (for both internal staff and Art of Finance delegates), before branching out into a wider role of supporting L&D across the whole of The Verve Group.
Key duties and responsibilities
