About the Role

The role has a number of short, medium and term objectives, looking to build up our exam training functionality initially (for both internal staff and Art of Finance delegates), before branching out into a wider role of supporting L&D across the whole of The Verve Group.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Have bags of charisma and energy which is infectious among learners!
  • Have a passion to grow and build this role into one that ultimately heads up a key function across the whole of The Verve Group.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the enthusiasm to support others in their study.
  • Be able to bring initiative and fresh ideas to the role and the company.
  • Be a skilled and confident learning and development facilitator who has a natural astuteness to read a room of diverse candidate, understand different learning styles and the ability to manage a classroom. That said, we believe we can train those skills in the right candidate so will train those who need it.
  • Strong brand awareness, and fully embody the company values.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to their own ongoing learning and development.

We also work alongside colleges / higher education institutes to engage students in understanding their career options and consider The Art of Finance as a professional alternative to university so someone who’d be willing to share their experience with the next generation will be a huge draw!

Above all else, we love someone with a positive attitude, who likes a challenge and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get on with the job.
