I’m sure most of you have heard about ‘We Are Change’ by now, but those of you who haven’t, it’s our not-for-profit initiative that supports those whose jobs were disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, and are committed to building a career for themselves in financial services.
Essentially, firms or individuals can sponsor a place (or a number of places) for a trainee to become level 4 qualified and trained in a range of practical skills. These will form the foundations of any financial career such as paraplanning, advising, support and compliance.
So far, we’ve had two cohorts, with the third about to begin next month, (click here to apply if you think you fit the bill!) and some of the success stories we have had so far have been truly inspirational.
Have a listen to some of our current student stories below.
