Just when we thought the January blues were about to defeat us, we received some exciting news! We are honoured to be nominated for ‘Best Support Services for Advisers (Generalist)’ at the Professional Adviser Awards 2021.

This one feels particularly special to us as it is focused around ‘what a company has done in 2020 to help adviser clients or users grow their businesses and support their own clients’, which is at the very core of what we aim to do here at The Verve Group.

When COVID-19 hit us all hard last year, we quickly realised that the industry would look very different once the crisis was over. Suddenly, it wasn’t a case of simply helping clients catch up with new technology and services (one of our priorities in early 2020). It was now necessary to create the technology and services required for a new-look financial services. Having pivoted our focus across all our businesses, we launched our #Project2030 plan and rebuilt many elements of our offers to service a reformed industry.

Months of hard work later, and in true Verve style, with many other new projects and initiatives launched along the way (such as our DNA service*), we’re very fortunate to be thriving in such unprecedented times.

So, whether we manage to take the win, or not, we’re both grateful and excited of what we have achieved as a team and are truly honoured to be nominated alongside other innovative and forward-thinking colleagues. Roll on March 11th, where the wine will be flowing regardless!
