Finance and financial services in particular has always been (and continues to be) a person led, technology supplemented industry.
First and foremost, I don’t see that changing in the coming year, however, the primary technology trends that I do forecast for the year ahead of us will see a shift in the tools we use and how we use them to offer advice.
