“I’ve been at The Verve Group for just over a year now as one of the Web Developers. It’s been an exciting time, working on and launching our new platform, Dextera. Being within a team of developers that are so friendly and willing to support one another has really helped too. While I was at University, I was dreading the fact that I would have to wake up and go to a 9-5 job, but I’ve realised since joining Verve it doesn’t have to be like that at all! I look forward to coming in each day to work on and constantly improve Dex, knowing that what we do is supporting the financial firms with their day-to-day work.

The social side is a huge bonus too, everyone is so friendly and there’s many different things to get involved with, including wellbeing sessions, themed quizzes, Sports Day, Christmas and summer parties, office treats and flexible working!

If you can demonstrate you have what it takes, we’ll train you up from ‘newbie’ to ‘superstar’, supporting you and paying for your qualifications along the way!
