For paraplanning Premium you will discuss your needs with your relationship manager and paraplanning manager, agree what resource you need per month, and be introduced to your dedicated paraplanner. They will then work closely with you to support you and your clients, and provide weekly updates, MI and recommendations for improvements to your processes while deepening that planner/paraplanner relationship.
Using Dextera provides full case management, allowing you to see each stage of the process, who is working on it, when it is due to be completed and if there is anything we are waiting on (either from providers or from yourselves). You can also use the system to communicate directly with the administrator, paraplanner or paraplanning manager to discuss your needs and have a full audit trail of the process.
