How does it work?
Ready: Understand each other.
In a casual, but structured coaching style conversation, our tutor will carry out an initial assessment by exploring relevant background information, the students current role and also their aspirations for the course.
Steady: Start your study.
Throughout a three month period, the student will have access to a range of online e-learning content – each designed to give the new entrant the foundation knowledge needed to learn and thrive in their role.
Go: Apply your new knowledge.
In this one hour virtual one-to-one, our tutor will create a personal development plan to realise the goals of the student and the firm – making it easy to track their future progress internally.
