Lucy has a BA Hons in Broadcast Journalism, and a MSc in Tourism and Events. Having worked in the hospitality sector for 9 years, Lucy is an expert in ensuring our clients are made to feel welcome. As a creative, she can make use of anything and ensures that The Verve Group HQ feels like home to the entire team.
With over a decade of experience managing clients based across the globe, at The Verve Group, Caris looks after our clients in the North of the UK, helping advice firms identify areas of their business where they need support and how we can best help them achieve their goals and make their lives easier.
Lindsey is the perfect fit for our inhouse Financial Controller role with her degree in Psychology with Business Management, which combined Accountancy, Business and People Management. When in the office, Lindsey is responsible for invoices and all things financially related to the business – you may hear her friendly voice over the phone if you happen to have any queries!
A woman in finance AND development, Naomi is one of a kind! Her love of learning anything new when it comes to technology means that she is often at the forefront of new trends and looking for ways to implement them into our various systems to create the best user experience for our clients.
An expert in all things operational, processes and financial services itself, Cheryl helps to design and manage new features and improvements in our systems. She works closely with the development team to impart her experience and knowledge to make sure the final result is exactly what our clients need.
Amy’s degree in Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, combined with a wealth of employment experience within different Operations, Management, Events and Customer Service roles, makes her the perfect fit to provide executive support to both the leadership team, and all our clients across The Verve Group supporting delivery of services and co-ordinating where needed.
With a passion for people development, Kylie is a keen mentor and loves helping staff members to improve in their current roles and achieve their goals and aspirations. An all-round people person, her experience in financial services gives her the full package when it comes to learning and development at The Verve Group.
A lover of the arts, Jas is our super creative Marketing and Events Coordinator. With a degree in Advertising in Social Media & Creative Enterprise, she uses her experience to strengthen our brand positioning across The Verve Group. She’s our go-to for all things digital (no surprise as a self-confessed ‘millennial’) and is the voice of our social media on a day-to-day basis.

Heading up all things communications in The Art of Finance, she is passionate about ensuring our message engages the hearts and minds of individuals looking to improve themselves and responsible employers looking to develop their teams.
A self-professed organiser and lover of all things digital, Sam coordinates the strategic marketing and events activity across The Verve Group. With over a decade of experience in creating engaging and impactful campaigns, driving brand success and developing and delivering a wide variety of online and physical events across different sectors, she helps manage the team to make the most of every creative opportunity.

With a background in client relations in financial services, she enjoys speaking with individuals who have a need within their business, to explore the best possible solution for them and their wider team.

Natalie is the ultimate people person and coming from a creative learning and development background, she brings her skills in mentoring, coaching and generally developing people to everything we do at The Verve Group. She can be found sharing the experience she’s gained first hand and knowledge of financial services across all businesses within the group.
