The aim of the Verve Awards remains the same: to shine a spotlight on the amazing people and initiatives that are happening in financial services, especially those that are rarely in the headlines (but we think should be!). Our mission at Verve is to continually develop financial services, pushing it towards being a truly outstanding, inclusive and inspirational profession, so our awards highlight those firms and individuals who are working towards the same goal.

Entrepreneur of the Year – ‘A true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer.’

This award celebrates entrepreneurial spirit and is aimed at dynamic leaders who have shown vision, energy and courage. You can nominate here.

Innovator of the Year – ‘If nothing changes, nothing changes.’

An award for a firm or individual who is innovating and disrupting established norms in their business or across financial services. You can nominate here.

Rising Star of the Year – ‘You can’t just dream about success; you have to work for it.’

This award is for an individual who works tirelessly to develop themselves with an unwavering tenacity and a genuine desire to learn and succeed. You can nominate here.

Best Client Outcomes – ‘It wasn’t the money I needed, it was the freedom.’

An award to celebrate advisers who have the technical knowledge and ability to advise on the best way to achieve the greatest client outcomes. You can nominate here.

Best New Talent Initiative – ‘Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to.’

This award is to celebrate those who shout about the joys of a career in finance and actively promote its benefits to attract new diverse talent. You can nominate here.

Best Marketing Campaign – ‘Creativity is intelligence having fun.’

An award that recognises the creativity and outside-the-box thinking needed to effectively market advice services to hard-to-reach audiences. You can nominate here.

The Verve Award – ‘A pioneer for changing the face of finance.’

This is a special award, given to the firm or individual who has embodied the full verve group mission in their own way. No nominations for this one!

And there you have it! All winners will be revealed at Evolution 2024 on 9^th September, so be sure to grab your ticket to see who we crown as our winners.

Nominations are open until 28^th June so make sure to get your submissions in before we reveal our shortlists on the 12^th July.
