Francesca joined the team in 2024 via our graduate programme, The Grad Scheme, after seeing the job advert and being drawn to wonderful world of financial services. With a first-class honours degree in Business Management from Northumbria University, she’s no stranger to research and reports so quickly made herself at home within the team.
