Following careers within marketing and estate agency, Jamie understands the importance of the customer journey and how this needs to be a focus to retain and generate business. Great customer service starts at the foundations of any team so she uses her wealth of experience to optimise diary management and organisation, whilst being a key liaison between our consultants and clients to ensure that every question is answered and every issue is resolved. We’re not a company that believes “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” so if there is a way that we can improve our internal processes which in turn affect the service that we provide then Jamie is always on hand to encourage new ideas and to help support and implement developments across the business.
