Working for over 20 years as a HR Director across the steel industry and the NHS, there's no aspect of people operations that Jo hasn't touched! With an established background in traditional human resources, together with working at senior level on organisational development and change management projects, Jo is an extension of the Verve team and ensures that how we operate doesn't get lost as we grow and evolve. When she's not mentoring businesses, she's enjoying life with her husband, football-mad son and the real boss of her house - her French Bulldog Stella.
