Having co-founded a financial planning business in 2007, which she successfully merged into another firm in 2017, Ruth understands the highs and lows of running a business. With years of experience setting up a business, structuring and managing a high performing team, finding new clients, building an excellent client experience, dealing with challenges, buying out businesses and negotiating the sale of a business, Ruth is perfectly placed as our Chair.
