Like no business we know…now we’ve implanted that earworm, let’s get to the business (ha!) at hand. As you may already know from us shouting about it, Evolution is back for its 2^nd year! It’s a day where all of financial services can get together and share ideas to better our industry for the future. This year, the content (a Powerpoint-free zone) is split into three key themes: Business, Talent and Tech. This is the first of three blogs focussing on these themes – have you guessed which theme it is yet?

To get to the business end of the blog (okay, okay no more) we are genuinely excited to tell you more about the day. This stream is for you if you regardless of where you are on your business journey – whether you are looking to start your own, if you want to supercharge the growth of your existing business or even if you are considering selling or acquiring. Bring your questions and your ideas with you and discuss with your peers and our experts and let’s find out how you can transform your business learning from others in the room.

There’s a number of ways you’ll hear from our speakers and experts on the day. We have a fireside chat with Paul Hogg from EV, looking at the different advice models and how these could look in the future. The stream ends with a creative session, inspired by others in finance who are turning their thinking on its head and reimagining what offering advice could look like as we evolve as a profession.

We also have our panel of experts who will cover all aspects of business planning. From beginnings to growth, to selling and acquisition, whatever point you are at on your business journey, there will be useful ideas for you. The panel includes top speakers such as Tina Weeks from Serenity Financial Planning, Dan Marsh from Octopus Accelerator and Felicia Meyerowitz Singh, FNZ Group. There will also be opportunities to hear from peers that have gone through these parts of the business journey, and the hints and tips that they picked up along the way.
